Trizzle started out it fourteen days ago with the Ten Cheapest Motorcycles, so in honor of Donald Trump and MO's complete more-is-more idea, I hereby provide 15 Most Expensive New Bicycles of 2017.Determining the priciest motorcycles is just a bit more complicated than you may imagine. Lots of the priciest machines simply aren't available at your neighborhood dealership for a clearly determined MSRP. And there's the completely custom motorcycles you could have built for yourself by shop retailers like NCR and some other high-end contractors, which don't truly qualify for production-bike status. While not a store shop, OEMs like Aprilia and BMW are also getting back in on the high-end sportbike game. BMW, for example, teased us with the all carbon fiber content HP4 Competition at EICMA 2016. It's still in the prototype stage, however, and prices hasn't been arranged.Meanwhile, Aprilia has gone and released the Factory Works program to acquire racebikes based on the RSV4 direct from the manufacturer that comply with rules for various national and international racing organizations worldwide. Plans start with the essential Superstock build at EUR24,600 (approximately $26,000 USD at current exchange rates) completely to EUR160,000 (practically $170,000) for the RSV4 FW-GP, which provides more than 250 horsepower at the crank, pneumatic valves, dry clutch, and a highly sophisticated consumer electronics and data acquisition package deal. And while the RSV4 is a development bike, the bicycles and components used for the Stock Works program are built strictly for racing. Road-legal componentry, along with registration paperwork, are not included or even offered. To avoid this list from being filled with models from only a handful of manufacturers, we've made a decision to limit it to just the priciest model from the many OEMs represented here. We'll start with the least expensive expensive bike.Motorcycles have always been associated with a sort of rebel cool, a freedom taken on the open road. In the 1930s, airmen used to take up motorcycling since it was the closest thing they could easily get to soaring when on the ground and they brought their iconic leather spencer with them. However, with motor vehicles becoming a lot more expensive and more and more people looking for comfort and luxury in their vehicle, has the motorbike lost some of its appeal? Some people are ready to pay serious money for what they think the best 'cool' is and so, designers and engineers have set out to create some critically good looking (or at least 'quirky') bikes with no thought to cost. Here we look at a few of the most expensive motorcycles on earth and ask why they cost a great deal?Thank you for Visiting This Blog
