Trizzle started out it two weeks ago with the Ten Cheapest Motorcycles, so in honor of Donald Trump and MO's complete more-is-more beliefs, I hereby offer the 15 Most Expensive New Bikes of 2017.Determining the most expensive motorcycles is somewhat more complicated than you might imagine. Many of the priciest machines simply aren't available at your neighborhood dealership for a evidently determined MSRP. And there's the completely custom motorcycles you can have built for yourself by shop retailers like NCR and some other high-end builders, which don't truly qualify for production-bike status.Without a store shop, OEMs like Aprilia and BMW are also getting back in on the high-end sportbike game. BMW, for example, teased us with the all carbon fibers HP4 RACE at EICMA 2016. It's still in the prototype stage, however, and pricing hasn't been placed.Meanwhile, Aprilia has gone and released the Manufacturing plant Works program to acquire racebikes based on the RSV4 direct from the manufacturing plant that conform to rules for various countrywide and international race organizations worldwide. Plans start with the basic Superstock build at EUR24,600 (around $26,000 USD at current exchange rates) all the way to EUR160,000 (practically $170,000) for the RSV4 FW-GP, which boasts more than 250 hp at the crank, pneumatic valves, dried out clutch, and an extremely sophisticated electronics and data acquisition bundle. Even though the RSV4 is a production bike, the bicycles and components used for the Stock Works program are built strictly for race. Road-legal componentry, along with registration paperwork, aren't included or even offered. To prevent this list from being filled up with models from just a handful of manufacturers, we've made a decision to limit it to just the most expensive model from the many OEMs represented here. We'll start with the least expensive expensive bike.Motorcycles have always been associated with sort of rebel cool, a flexibility taken on the open up road. Within the 1930s, airmen used to take up motorcycling because it was the closest thing they could easily get to traveling when on the ground and they helped bring their iconic leather coats with them. However, with motor vehicles becoming ever more expensive and increasing numbers of people looking for comfort and luxury in their vehicle, gets the motorbike lost some of its appeal? Some people are prepared to pay serious money for what they think the best 'cool' is and so, designers and engineers have set out to create some seriously good looking (or at least 'quirky') bicycles with no considered to cost. Here we look at some of the most expensive motorcycles on earth and ask why they cost much?Thank you for Visiting This Page
