Trizzle started out it fourteen days before with the Ten Cheapest Motorcycles, so honoring Donald Trump and MO's complete more-is-more viewpoint, I hereby offer the 15 PRICIEST New Bikes of 2017.Determining the priciest motorcycles is somewhat more complicated than you may imagine. Many of the priciest machines simply aren't offered by your neighborhood dealership for a plainly determined MSRP. And then there's the completely custom motorcycles you can have built for yourself by boutique retailers like NCR and a few other high-end builders, which don't truly be eligible for production-bike status. While not a shop shop, OEMs like Aprilia and BMW are also getting in on the high-end sportbike game. BMW, for example, teased us with the all carbon fiber content HP4 Competition at EICMA 2016. It's still in the prototype period, however, and costing hasn't been set.
Meanwhile, Aprilia has gone and introduced the Manufacturing plant Works program to acquire racebikes based on the RSV4 direct from the manufacturer that conform to guidelines for various national and international race organizations worldwide. Deals start with the basic Superstock build at EUR24,600 (roughly $26,000 USD at current exchange rates) completely to EUR160,000 (practically $170,000) for the RSV4 FW-GP, which offers more than 250 hp at the crank, pneumatic valves, dried up clutch, and an extremely sophisticated gadgets and data acquisition bundle. Even though the RSV4 is a creation bike, the bicycles and components used for the Manufacturing plant Works program are built strictly for racing. Road-legal componentry, along with registration paperwork, are not included or even offered. To avoid this list from being filled up with models from just a couple of manufacturers, we've made a decision to limit it to just the most expensive model from the various OEMs displayed here. We'll start with the least expensive expensive bike.Motorcycles have always been associated with a sort of rebel cool, a freedom considered on the open road. In the 1930s, airmen used to take up motorcycling since it was the closest thing they could get to flying when on the floor and they brought their iconic leather overcoats with them. However, with motor vehicles becoming ever more expensive and more and more people looking for comfort and luxury in their vehicle, has the motorbike lost some of its appeal? Some people are prepared to pay serious money for what they think the best 'cool' is therefore, designers and technical engineers have attempt to create some critically good looking (or at least 'quirky') bicycles with no thought to cost. Here we look at a few of the most expensive motorcycles on the globe and ask why they cost a lot?Thank you for Reading This Page
